- Platform/Website: DunzoKart.com and its mobile applications.
- Nature of Service
- DunzoKart is a multivendor e-commerce marketplace.
- We facilitate sales between buyers and independent sellers.
- We are not the manufacturer or owner of most listed products.
- Fees & Charges
- Buyers: A nominal platform/service fee of ₹1 per item is charged.
- Sellers: Commission is deducted from the final settlement of each successful order.
- User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and updated account information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
- Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure authenticity, legality, and quality of products.
- Adhere to packaging and shipping timelines.
- Respect intellectual property and consumer rights.
- Cooperate in processing returns and refunds.
- Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Orders may be cancelled by sellers due to stock issues, regulatory restrictions, or pricing errors.
- Buyers may cancel orders until they are shipped.
- Limitation of Liability
DunzoKart will not be liable for:
- Damages caused by third-party sellers or delivery partners.
- Delays beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, natural calamities, strikes).
- Indirect or consequential damages.
