Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Returns Eligibility
  • Buyers may request returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable goods (food, groceries).
  • Hygiene items (cosmetics, undergarments, opened skincare).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Digital products, subscriptions, and gift cards.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund timelines: 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, the seller bears the return shipping cost.
  • If the buyer returns due to preference (change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.
  1. Seller Obligations
  • Sellers must accept returns raised within the allowed return window.
  • Sellers cannot list items prohibited by DunzoKart or Indian law.
  • Commission adjustments will be made against returned/cancelled orders.
  1. Disputes

In case of disputes, DunzoKart reserves the right to mediate between buyers and sellers. Decisions made by DunzoKart’s grievance redressal team shall be final.
