Does DunzoKart sell its own products? +
No, DunzoKart is a marketplace. We provide a platform for independent sellers to list and sell their products. However, all sellers are verified and monitored for quality assurance.
How do I create an account on DunzoKart? +
You can register using your email or mobile number. Once verified via OTP, your account will be activated instantly.
Is DunzoKart available across India? +
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. Delivery availability depends on the seller’s shipping policy and your PIN code.

What payment options are available? +
We accept all major payment modes—Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you can request a return after delivery based on the seller’s return policy.
Is online payment safe on DunzoKart? +
Yes, all transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption.

How long does delivery take? +
Delivery times vary based on the seller’s location and shipping method. Typically, products are delivered within 3–7 business days.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track it under My Orders in your account.
What happens if my order is delayed? +
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated date, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the seller or courier to resolve it quickly.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

What is DunzoKart’s return policy? +
Products are returnable within 7–10 days of delivery, depending on the seller’s policy, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I request a return or replacement? +
Go to My Orders → Select Product → Request Return and choose a valid reason. Our team will verify and arrange pickup if approved.
When will I get my refund? +
Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after the product passes quality checks. Refund mode depends on your original payment method.
What items are not eligible for return? +
Perishable goods, personal care items, intimate wear, digital downloads, or items marked Non-Returnable are excluded as per government policy.

How can I become a seller on DunzoKart? +
You can register as a seller by clicking on Sell on DunzoKart. Submit your business details, GSTIN, bank account info, and ID proofs for verification.
How does DunzoKart ensure seller authenticity? +
All sellers undergo KYC verification, product quality checks, and compliance review before activation. Listings are continuously monitored for policy violations.
Can sellers list any product on DunzoKart? +
No. Certain items such as liquor, tobacco, adult products, weapons, and restricted goods under Indian law are strictly prohibited.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? +
Please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will verify the issue and process a return or replacement as per policy.
How are disputes between buyers and sellers resolved? +
DunzoKart follows a fair mediation process. Disputes are reviewed by our grievance team in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, ensuring both buyer and seller are heard.
