Welcome to DunzoKart Seller Network!
Before you start selling, please go through this checklist and code of conduct. It ensures smooth onboarding and helps us maintain quality, trust, and compliance.

✅ Seller Onboarding Checklist

To start selling on DunzoKart, you must:

1. Complete Registration
   • PAN Card
   • GST Certificate (if applicable)
   • Aadhaar/Company Incorporation Certificate
   • Bank Account Details
   • Address Proof
2. Seller Verification
   • Our team will verify your documents within 2–3 business days (TAT).
   • Only verified sellers can list products.
3. Product Listing Approval
   • Upload clear product images, correct titles, and accurate descriptions.
   • Every product is reviewed manually by DunzoKart before going live.
   • Only approved products will be visible to buyers.
4. Order Fulfillment
   • Dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
   • Use DunzoKart Logistics or provide valid tracking if self-shipping.
5. Payments
   • Seller payouts are made within 7–10 business days after successful delivery.
   • Commission, ₹1 platform fee, and penalties (if any) will be deducted.

🚫 Prohibited Items (Strictly Not Allowed)

The following products are banned on DunzoKart:

• Sex toys, adult/obscene products
• Alcohol, liquor, beer, wine
• Tobacco, cigarettes, vaping products
• Drugs, narcotics, CBD oils, banned medicines
• Weapons, knives, explosives, fireworks
• Counterfeit/fake branded goods
• Lottery, betting, gambling items
• Hazardous chemicals, acids, radioactive materials
• Human/animal parts, wildlife products
• Any item prohibited under Indian law

⚠️ Sellers found listing prohibited items will face immediate suspension and legal action.

🤝 Seller Code of Conduct

To ensure a trustworthy marketplace, sellers must:

• List only genuine, new, and legal products.
• Keep accurate stock information.
• Provide transparent pricing (inclusive of GST, if applicable).
• Issue proper GST invoices where required.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Cooperate with returns, refunds, and complaints fairly.
• Avoid spamming, fake listings, or misleading descriptions.
• Respect buyer data privacy and never misuse it.

📌 Monitoring & Compliance

• DunzoKart monitors every product listing before publishing.
• Our team actively reviews seller performance, customer reviews, and return rates.
• Non-compliance may lead to delisting, payment hold, or permanent ban.
