🛒 For Buyers

To create an account, click on Sign Up at the top-right corner, enter your details, and verify your email/phone number. Once registered, you can start shopping.

Browse products, add them to your cart, and click Checkout. Choose your delivery address, select payment method, and confirm your order.

We support UPI from any of payment app & Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Go to My Orders in your account. You’ll see real-time updates on shipping and delivery status.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible, you can cancel you order at the time order comes at you door. For modifications, you can contact our support team.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery (conditions apply: product must be unused, with tags and original packaging). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Raise a complaint via My Orders → Report an Issue or contact customer support with photos for faster resolution.

🏬 For Sellers

Go to Sell on DunzoKart and complete the seller registration form. You’ll need GST details, PAN card, bank account information, if a new seller you need UIN from GST official website, and product catalogue.

No, registering as a seller is free. A small commission is charged only when you make a sale.

Once your seller account is approved, you can log in to your Seller Dashboard, upload product images, descriptions, and set pricing.

The Seller Dashboard allows you to update stock levels, process new orders, and track shipments.

Payments are settled within 7-10 business days after order delivery, directly to your registered bank account.

You can choose DunzoKart logistics Partners or self-ship. Using DunzoKart Partners ensures faster delivery and buyer/seller protection.

If a buyer raises a valid return request, you’ll be notified in your dashboard. The item will be picked up and returned to you. Refunds will be deducted accordingly.
