- Returns Eligibility
- Buyers may request returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, groceries).
- Hygiene items (cosmetics, undergarments, opened skincare).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Digital products, subscriptions, and gift cards.
- Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund timelines: 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
- Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, the seller bears the return shipping cost.
- If the buyer returns due to preference (change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.
- Seller Obligations
- Sellers must accept returns raised within the allowed return window.
- Sellers cannot list items prohibited by DunzoKart or Indian law.
- Commission adjustments will be made against returned/cancelled orders.
- Disputes
In case of disputes, DunzoKart reserves the right to mediate between buyers and sellers. Decisions made by DunzoKart’s grievance redressal team shall be final.
